Refund policy

Not happy? Cancel your subscription and you'll be credited the monthly amount minus any used memos.

We only keep the value of what you used. If you used 10 of your 40 Pro memos, you get 75% back — we credit you for the 30 memos remaining in that month. Same logic for Team: we prorate so you never pay for memos you didn't use.

To request a refund, cancel in your account settings and contact support with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
